After walking all day at a show in Indy, we wanted to sit down and enjoy something other fast food off 74.
We navigated to another restaurant only to find they had run out of the food on the main menu.
Instead of caving in and heading out to the highway, we walked down the street and were greeted by a couple friendly guys outside- "try our tenderloin".....
And that I did- the picture below shows how much I liked it. My colleague ordered the Philly cheesesteak and had the same reaction.
Our server Tony was amazing
(do NOT forget to get the key lime pie...)
What a find! -

I really wanted to like this place a lot more than I actually did.
Don't get me wrong--it wasn't a bad experience by any means, The food was decent. The service was decent. The prices were decent. Everything was decent.
Nothing, however, knocked my socks off. If I had to sum it up in one word, it's average. I'm not opposed to stopping in again at some point. -

Tiki Bar & Grill &... Pizza? If you are someone who wants some pizza, a unique environment, fair pricing, and good service, the Beach is a solid choice.
I had never considered going to The Beach before for lunch because I had always seen it as a bar-first place. I heard from others the lunch is good so I wanted to give it a peep.
The waitress was friendly and eager to help connect us to a menu item. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the fried pickles & French fried were. The winner of the show, though, was the Philly cheesesteak pizza that, for $15ish dollars, could easily feed 2-4 people (2 really hungry or 4 sort of hungry).
Tiki Bar & Grill wasn't on my radar before for lunch. But, after today, I think it's a worthy choice, especially for the pizza which can be a terrific, tasty value if you bring a few friends. -

This is a review solely for a weekday lunch I had here.
There's really not too much to complain about. Food was pretty good (Fried fish filled sandwich) and reasonably priced (~$10). Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, tartar sauce and came with fries and cole slaw.
Service was fast and friendly.
This place looks like it could be pretty fun on weekends. There's a huge bar and a stage for live music. There are pool tables and little VIP cabanas in the back too. -

We've been here a couple times and the food is always decent compared with other sports bars. We like the laid back atmosphere and the space. When you have a big family, you come to appreciate having room to seat 8. It's also nice that when they see us coming, the servers never roll their eyes or have that - wow, what a big family - look on their face. The servers are friendly and attentive and the kitchen is fast sending out food that is still warm. It tends to be our go-to place when we're on Greensburg and decide to eat out.
